ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES unless an error on our end has occurred.

Item Availability

Products displayed on donttrustanyone.com may be out of stock or discontinued, and availability is not guaranteed. Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received or cancelled if the item is unavailable. In the event of supply difficulties or because products are no longer in stock, we reserve the right to refund any monies that you might have paid. In-stock items will ship after out of stock items are removed from order.

We do not collect any payment until the order has been verified and the items have been confirmed as in stock and ready to ship.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped via UPS with Signature Confirmation (must be 21+ years of age). Orders cannot be combined. Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled.

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday (excluding Federal Holidays).

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking. You bear all risks of loss and damage to the products from the time they clear our fulfillment house. Delivery is deemed complete and title to the products passes to you upon acceptance of shipment by a common carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are dispatched from our shipping facility. We also are not responsible for any UPS delays that are outside of our control.

All charges related to shipping are your responsibility and are non-refundable. Payment of duty and tax charges is the responsibility of the customer.

International customers may incur import duty and tax charges. It is recommended to contact your local customs authority to determine the landed price prior to purchase completion. International credit cards will be charged in accordance with applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
